Mickael Dekoster

Mickael Dekoster serves as the Global Supplier Development Director at Alstom since May 2021, where responsibilities include building and deploying a Supplier Development Program, leading a worldwide team of 12, and enhancing supplier performance. Previously, Mickael held various leadership roles at Bombardier Transportation from May 2008 to May 2021, focusing on procurement excellence and supplier quality across multiple regions. Mickael's early career included roles as a Procurement Quality Engineer and Quality System Efficiency Coordinator in esteemed organizations like Altran and Faurecia. Academically, Mickael holds a Research Doctorate in Civil Engineering and a DEA in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
