Vinayagamurthy Vadivelu

Vinayagamurthy Vadivelu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Quality Director at Alstom since October 2015, Vinayagamurthy oversees project and program quality management for the Signalling division. Previously, Vinayagamurthy held various roles at Siemens from February 2004 to September 2015, including Head of Business Excellence and Quality Management, where achievements included obtaining ISO certifications across multiple branches. Other significant positions include Deputy General Manager focusing on productivity improvement and risk management, as well as Senior QA Manager at Future Software Limited, where leadership in achieving CMM Level 5 assessment was notable. Educational qualifications encompass a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering, an M.S. in Software Systems, and certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
