Tripp left GrowthOps in 2016 to join Capgemini as their CFO of Applications Technology. In this role, they were responsible for managing the budgeting, financial performance, growth, investment, cost management, and profitability of 10 business unit P&Ls. Tripp also led Operations for the Applications unit to manage resource utilization, staff pyramid, and retention initiatives.
At Capgemini, Tripp helped the company achieve $15 billion in revenue and over 225,000 employees. In 2020, they left Capgemini to join Alston & Bird as their Chief Financial Officer.
Tripp O'Connor has a MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Tripp also attended Westminster School.
Tripp O'Connor reports to Richard R. Hays, Managing Partner & Chairman. They are on a team with Cathy A. Benton - Chief Human Resources Officer, James S. Hutchinson - Chief Administrative Officer, and Mariana Loose - Chief Marketing Officer.
