Shannon Pham

Shannon Pham-Lim currently serves as the Director of People Operations at ALT, a company focused on unlocking the value of alternative assets in the trading-card market since August 2022. Additionally, Shannon is an Advisor at SafeAI, Inc. since January 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Senior People Ops Manager at Acquire, where attention was given to enhancing customer experiences, and as People Ops Manager at NAUTO, which specializes in safety technology for commercial fleets. Previous positions also include working as a People Ops Generalist and Coordinator at Womply, assisting small businesses, and earlier roles in real estate and retail. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Human Resources from San Diego State University.
