Maria Diment

Maria Diment has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Maria began their career as an English Teacher at Barevný svět jazyků in 2011, where they taught a variety of courses ranging from business English to children's classes and one-on-one conversational English. Maria was also subcontracted to AERO Vodochody, the Czech Republic's most prominent aviation engineering company, where they steered reluctant engineers through language learning and team building exercises. In 2012, they moved to Whole Foods Market, where they worked as a Store Graphic Designer and Supplement Buyer. In 2016, they joined ALTA Language Services, Inc. as the Director of Translations, Project Manager, and Project Coordinator.

Maria Diment obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2011. Later that same year, they earned their Cambridge CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) from Cambridge English Language Assessment.
