Cat Cheng

Cat Cheng is an art director and graphic designer who has worked for several companies, most notably ALTA PLANNING & DESIGN, INC. Cat has been with ALTA since May 2013 and in their current position, they are responsible for leading the in-house creative services department. This includes managing a team of nine graphic designers and web developers, coordinating workloads, and overseeing project intake and design. Cat has also been responsible for developing scopes and budgets for proposals, as well as creating and maintaining internal systems and department resources.

Before joining ALTA PLANNING & DESIGN, INC., Cat worked as an ad designer/production assistant at Just Out Publication from December 2005 to April 2007. Cat then took on the role of graphic designer at Grapheon from October 2007 to August 2012 before moving to LIT Workshop as a graphic designer from July 2007 to October 2007. Cat's first professional position was as a graphics/program associate at Metro Arts in Transit from January 2003 to December 2005.

Cat Cheng is a highly skilled and experienced art director and graphic designer who has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of the creative department at ALTA PLANNING & DESIGN, INC.

They work with Brittain Storck - Principal, Cecilia Ward - Controller, and Benjamin Frazier - Senior Planning Associate. Austin Dunn - Designer, Chelsea Cole - Designer, and Brian Burchfield - Design Associate report to Cat Cheng. Cat Cheng reports to George Hudson, CEO.
