Artis H. is an experienced telecommunications professional with a robust background in field operations, repair, and installation services. Since August 2016, Artis has served as the Manager of Field Rep & Inst in Field Operations at altafiber, coordinating cable restoration projects and resolving service issues for both residential and business clients. Prior to this role, Artis worked at Cincinnati Bell as a Field Repair & Installation Technician/Splicer from March 1997 to August 2016, handling the installation and maintenance of voice and data transmission services. Artis's career also includes military experience, having served in the Air National Guard as a Combat Support Systems Quality Assurance Inspector and in the United States Air Force as a Communications Specialist. Artis holds an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus, along with a B.S. in Business Administration from Xavier University and two associate degrees in Mathematics and Electronic Systems Technology.
