Julio Catalán H. began their career in 2011 as the Socio Fundador, Marketing & Desarrollo Web for Zaizoku Ltda. Julio was responsible for developing the three web platforms for the Zaizoku environment, creating digital marketing plans, and implementing and launching the business. In the same year, they also started working as the Administrador Ecommerce y Marketing Digital for Zatama, where they managed ecommerce, developed and maintained the website, planned and implemented an Inbound Marketing strategy, and developed user experience and continuous improvement through A/B testing. In 2019, they began working as the Servicios de Marketing Digital for Prelator EIRL, providing digital branding services, WPO services, SEO positioning, and lead attraction through Inbound and Direct Marketing methods. In 2020, they began working as the Consultor SEO & CRO for D2B - Inteligencia Digital, where they built web positioning strategies for large companies in Chile and Latin America, focusing on conversion and achieving organizational objectives using Digital Intelligence, interlacing data and strategies from different marketing areas. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as the Growth Marketing Manager for Altafid, where they are responsible for creating, planning, implementing and analyzing strategies focused on user acquisition, activation and retention. Julio also leads user growth strategies, works with the development, product and design team, and designs, implements and evaluates tests to optimize conversion rates, user experience and improve relevant KPIs.

Julio Catalán H. received their Ingeniería en Información y Control de Gestión in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidad de Chile between 2006 and 2010. In 2018, they obtained their Ingeniería en Administración, Mención en Marketing Digital in Marketing from Universidad San Sebastián.
