Alex Schiavo's work experience is as follows:

1. ALTAFONTE (2017-present):

- CAO Chief Artistic Office, Latin America, US Latin, Spain & Portugal (June 2020-present): Responsible for supporting the growth and success of indie digital music labels and artists in Latin America and other regions.

- Managing Director & Member of Altafonte Board (January 2018-June 2020): Oversaw the entire operation of Altafonte Music Brazil, a fast-growing digital music distribution and publishing company.

2. BSR Alimentari (2015-2018):

- Owner (June 2015-April 2018): Developed and sold the first gourmet "raw food" brand and restaurant in Latin America. Handled concept development, restaurant design, and digital marketing.

3. Scalene Rock Band (2015-2016):

- Manager (June 2015-December 2016): Responsible for marketing and promotion. The band won the 2016 Latin Grammy award.

4. Sony Music Entertainment and DAY1 Entertainment Brazil (1992-2015):

- President (February 2005-April 2015): Orchestrated a deep restructuring plan that turned Sony Music and BMG from losses to profits. Achieved consistent revenue and EBIT growth for 8 consecutive years. Led Sony Music to become the leading company in market share for 6 consecutive years.

- Deputy General Manager (August 2004-February 2005): Responsible for the overall business operation and the merger of Sony Music and BMG Music in Brazil. Also served as a judge on several TV shows.

- Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing (January 2001-August 2004): Developed and implemented a restructuring plan and successfully renegotiated artist contracts, resulting in significant cost savings.

Alex Schiavo has a diverse education history. In 1991, they began their education at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Later in 2017, they attended The Wharton School for the Wharton Advanced Management Program, focusing on Management.

Alex has also obtained several additional certifications. In 2011, they received the 1st Alumni Award from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. In 2002, they completed a course on Competing Through People by Stephen Covey.

Moreover, Alex has completed various online courses to enhance their knowledge.
