Luis Carlos Pinzón has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to the present. Luis Carlos has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in the music industry and media communications.

From 2012 to 2014, Luis worked as a Periodista Musical for Vanguardia Liberal - Galvis Ramírez y Cía S.A., where they covered music-related news and events.

In 2014, they joined Señal Radiónica as a Productor, specializing in producing radio content and serving as a journalist and correspondent in Santander.

From 2015 to 2016, Luis worked as a Productor Especializado for Radio Nacional de Colombia, producing content for the program El Atardecer in Bucaramanga.

Luis Carlos then transitioned to the field of public health communications, working as a Comunicador Social for the Observatorio de Salud Pública de Santander from February to August 2015.

In 2017, Luis co-founded Sounday Records, an independent digital distribution label, where they served as the Co-founder and General Manager. Luis Carlos was responsible for managing and scheduling releases, as well as executing marketing plans for artists signed to the label.

That same year, they also worked as a Comunicador Social - Periodista for Alcaldia de Municipal de Barrancabermeja.

In 2018, Luis took on the role of Coordinador Musical at Instituto Municipal de Cultura y Turismo and also worked as a Productor General for La Cultural 100.7 FM.

Starting in 2020, Luis joined Altafonte as a Label Manager for Altafonte Latinoamérica Centro. In this role, they oversaw the operational and managerial aspects of record labels and artists based in various countries, including Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Panamá, Costa Rica, and Guatemala.

Currently, Luis holds the position of Regional Partnerships Manager at Altafonte since July 2022, where they collaborate with regional partners to develop and strengthen business relationships in the music industry.

Luis Carlos Pinzón received a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication and Journalism from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, completing their education from 2005 to 2013. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: Amazon Music For Artists, Amazon Music Programming, Expand Your Merch Table, Livestreaming on Twitch + Amazon Music, and Voice Technology 101 from Amazon Music in June 2023. Additionally, they acquired certifications such as Gmail Quick Tips, Leading with Purpose, Music Law: Recording, Management, Rights, and Performance Contracts, Digital Release and Promotion Strategies for Musicians, Marketing online: Creación de un plan integral, Social Media Marketing: Strategy and Optimization, Social Media Promotion for Musicians, Artists, and Engineers, and Tips for Working Remotely from LinkedIn in June and July 2020.
