Greg West

Greg West is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in solution engineering and technical sales. Currently serving as the Lead Solutions Specialist at Altair since April 2024, Greg previously held the position of Principal Presales Engineer at Cambridge Semantics, where responsibilities included leading technical conversations and developing prototypes. Prior roles include Senior Presales Engineer and Senior Field Engineer at the same company, focusing on presales support and post-sales implementation for the Anzo product. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Technical Consultant at Perficient, where Greg developed Business Process Management applications, and as a Software Engineer at Cisco Systems, contributing to the development of a Unified SIP proxy server. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
