Cinthya B. has a diverse work experience, starting in 2017 as a Data Management Coordinator at Keck Medicine of USC. Cinthya then moved on to work as an MPI Specialist at St. Francis Medical Center in 2018. In the same year, they also worked as a Patient Service Representative and a Medical Records Clerk at Cedars-Sinai. From 2021 to 2022, they were a Health Advocate at Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science. Currently, they are working as an AltaMed-CDU MPH Primary Care Champions Fellow at AltaMed Health Services and as a STEMM Instructor at Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science.

Cinthya B. started their education in 2012 when they attended Saint Mary's College. Cinthya completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology in 2016.

Afterward, they continued their education with Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science. In 2021, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences, General from the same institution.

In 2022, Cinthya B. then pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a field of study focused on Urban Health Disparities. Cinthya attended the Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science for this program.

Additionally, Cinthya B. has obtained certifications in Social and Behavioral Research Investigators, Staff, and Students, as well as Researchers and IRB from the CITI Program. Cinthya received the Social and Behavioral Research Investigators, Staff, and Students certification in June 2023 and the Researchers and IRB certification in October 2021.
