Aaron Adelson

Aaron Adelson has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as the Head of Engineering at Altan Insights since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Engineer at Google from January 2021 to April 2023. Before joining Google, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at EarnUp from June 2019 to November 2020.

From May 2018 to June 2019, Aaron worked as a Principal Engineer at ZIVELO, where they focused on developing and scaling OakOS. Prior to this, they were a Software Engineer at Oak Labs, Inc. from March 2016 to May 2018. During their time there, they developed software for the Oak Fitting Room Mirror and contributed to the development of OakOS, a Linux operating system.

In December 2014, Aaron co-founded TalkIQ: Conversation Science for Inside Sales Teams, where they served as a Co-Founder and Software Engineer until March 2016. Aaron contributed to the development of voice transcription and data analysis tools. The company was later acquired by Dialpad.

Before their entrepreneurial journey, Aaron worked as a Software Engineer at eBay from December 2010 to June 2014. During their tenure, they developed Milo Fetch, a Point-of-Sale integration application, and Milo API, a provider of local product and inventory information. Aaron also worked as a Software Engineer at Milo.com from March 2010 to December 2010, where they managed data acquisition systems and developed internal tools. Milo.com was acquired by eBay.

Earlier in their career, Aaron gained experience as a Resource Assistant at Gevirtz Graduate School of Education from August 2007 to June 2009. Aaron also completed a Software Development Internship at Novacoast in the summer of 2008.

Aaron Adelson attended Viewpoint School from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from UC Santa Barbara from 2005 to 2009.
