Cynthia M. Griesinger

Cynthia M. Griesinger serves as the Global HR Manager for Talent Management and Leadership Development at ALTANA AG since December 2016, where responsibilities include designing a holistic framework for Talent Acquisition, Talent and Succession Management, Leadership Development, and Global Mobility, along with defining and monitoring strategic KPIs. Previously, Cynthia worked at Vale from April 2005 to December 2016 in various HR roles, ultimately as Regional Human Resources Manager and Global HR Process Manager, implementing HR processes and delivering solutions. Notable projects include the Moatize Project in Mozambique as HR Project Manager and supporting multiple EMEA regions as Senior HR Business Partner. Early career experiences include roles at KPMG as an Auditor and at Henkel as an Operations Director Assistant during an internship. Cynthia holds a Bacharelado em Administração from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado.
