Currently, Tom serves as the Locally Owned Franchise Owner of Office Evolution in Fishers since March 2020, focusing on providing enhanced business support for small businesses. Tom's prior roles include Senior Director of Facilities at Altasciences, Director of Engineering at Genezen Laboratories, and Director at Ports of Indiana, where responsibilities encompassed engineering planning and development of port facilities. Additionally, Tom held the position of Global Director of Facilities and Engineering at Envigo, overseeing worldwide facility operations. Early career experiences include Quality Control Manager and Design Development Manager at Hunt Construction Group and military service as a Director of Medical Logistics Plans & Programs in the United States Air Force. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master's degree in Health Care Project Management from Ashford University.
