Kelli Connolly has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kelli began their career as a Sports Writer for The Louisville Cardinal in 2014. Later, in 2015, they worked as a Partnership Liaison for Maryland Sports - The Sports Commission for the State of MD, where they managed social media platforms, edited and updated the website, and assisted in graphic design using Adobe software.

In 2016, Kelli joined the Orange Bowl Committee as an Assistantship for the ACC. Following that, they worked as a Creative & Web Coordinator for the Maryland Stadium Authority and as a Project Coordinator for Maryland Sports.

In 2019, Kelli transitioned into the digital marketing field, joining AltaVista Strategic Partners as a Digital Account Manager. Over time, they progressed to the role of Senior Digital Account Manager, responsible for managing client accounts. Kelli then became an Operations Team Manager, Internal Marketing, leading the internal marketing team. Currently, Kelli holds the position of Director of Internal Marketing at AltaVista Strategic Partners.

Kelli Connolly received their Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the University of Louisville, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In addition, they obtained the Google Ads Search Certification from Google in November 2020.
