Stefania Sacco

Stefania Sacco is an experienced HR Practice Manager and Solutions Lead at Altea UP since January 2022, and has held various roles within the Altea group since 2014, including A-People and Project Manager positions. With a strong background in HCM management and HR solutions encompassing both cloud and on-premise systems, Stefania served as HCM CoE Manager and Solution Leader at Altea People from 2017 to 2022. Prior to joining Altea, Stefania worked as a Technical Account Manager and Senior Functional Analyst at HuReMa, and contributed significantly to SAP HCM and CRM projects at Opera21. Early career experiences include roles as a Business Analyst at Softpeople and Tecnologie.net. Stefania holds a degree in Sociology, Economics, and Labor Organization from Università degli Studi di Salerno, completed in 1999.
