Caterina Canese

Caterina Canese has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Caterina is currently working as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Leadership Team Development at ALTEN since December 2021. Prior to joining ALTEN, they held positions at Università Commerciale 'Luigi Bocconi' as a Teaching Assistant from August 2014 onwards. Caterina also worked at UniCredit where they served as the Head of Recruitment & Change Management from September 2020 to November 2021, and as a Senior HRBP Group Wealth Management - VP from September 2019 to September 2020. Caterina has previous experience at HypoVereinsbank - UniCredit Bank AG as a Recruitment & Talent Management VP - UK & Global Markets from July 2017 to September 2019. Caterina also worked at UniCredit in different roles such as HR Corporate & Investment Banking Associate, Business Manager to Head of HR, and Graduate Program - Talent Management Analyst. Additionally, they have internship experience at CMC Capital LLP, La Perla, and Citi. Caterina also completed an in-company training program at Allianz Group & UniCredit.
