Altenar is a provider of sportsbook software and services to licensed gaming operators. Ranging from ‘software-only’ product offers to the provision of a fully-managed sports betting platform stack, Altenar offers proven stability coupled with a flexible and personalized service. Our software is developed and operated in-house, whilst being powered by premium quality data feeds.

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager with advanced English to join our Project team. We are an international IT company with offices in Malta, Greece, Georgia, IOM and Uruguay. We would be delighted if you would be part of our team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Communication with assigned B2B customers of Altenar

  • Contribute to the successful development of the relationship with such customer

  • Maximize customer satisfaction and increase customer commercial value.

  • Work under guidelines set by more senior members of the team and facilitate their work through a number of activities, that would include product and account management activities, related with Sportsbook, Casino and Payments configuration

  • Preparation and categorisation of information obtained in meetings or taken from any other unstructured communication and converted into an organized and ordered form.

  • Furthermore, it is expected that, together with other senior members of the team, or under their direct guidance, Junior Product Manager will handle communications internally within Altenar and between various departments such as liaising business specifications with the software development department .

  • Junior Product Manager will also follow-up on and/or track status of any deliverable, dependency, project or service request whose successful and smooth execution adds value to a specific customer or a group of customers.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related Technical discipline

  • Excellent spoken/written language proficiency in English or Spanish will be considered as a plus

  • Previous experience as product manager, project manager, account manager or support representative in a business-to-business organization will be a plus

  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

  • Understanding of the technical architecture of Microsoft Windows and mobile applications

  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis

  • Monitor and analyze customer's needs and objectives based on metrics

  • Excellent spoken/written communication skills

  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

  • Analyzing and communicating business specification to software development team

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers

  • Responsible for trainings and demonstrations to our customers
