Julian Gallego

Julian Gallego has accumulated significant work experience in various roles and companies throughout their career.

JULIAN started their career as an Ingeniero Consultor at BDE in 1987. JULIAN then moved on to ENA Telecomunicaciones, where they held different positions such as Ingeniero de Proyectos, Jefe de Proyectos, Jefe Area Comercial y Proyectos, and Director División Sistemas from 1988 to 2002.

In 2002, they joined Ascom as Director División Transporte before transitioning to Prosegur in 2004. At Prosegur, they held several roles, including Director Desarrollo de Negocio, Director de Negocio Zona Este, Director Consultoria de Seguridad, and Director Cliente Internacional.

After their time at Prosegur, they worked at ARCHIBUS Solution Center Spain as Asesor Sistemas Seguridad from 2011 to 2012.

Currently, they are working at ALTER TECHNOLOGY TÜV NORD. JULIAN started in 2012 as Security Senior Advisor and later held roles as Testing & Certification Commercial Manager, EC Commercial Director, and EC Business Development Director.

Julian Gallego's education history begins in 1982, when they attended the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and obtained a degree in Aeronautical Engineering in 1986. In 1994, they pursued Formación Permanente para Directivos (FPD) at CEPADE, Centro Estudios de Postgrado de Administración de Empresas, UPM. Additionally, in 1995 they obtained the European Engineer EUR ING certification from FEANI - European Federation of National Engineering Associations. Moving forward to 2004, Gallego took a Course in Commercial Management at ESIC Business & Marketing School, followed by a Master's degree in International Relations and Foreign Trade at COLEGIO CIENCIAS POLITICAS Y SOCIOLOGÍA MADRID in 2011-2012. In 2015, they completed various certifications including ECSA-AB-Ambassador Certification from EuroCloud Star Audit, a Curso RPAS (Remotely Piloted Aircraft System) from UPM - Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros de Telecomunicación, and RPAS Introducción a la Certificación from SENASA - Servicios y Estudios para la Navegación Aérea y la Seguridad Aeronáutica. Most recently, in 2018, Gallego completed a course on finances for non-financial professionals at ESIC Business & Marketing School.
