Bernt A. Lilliestråle

Bernt A. Lilliestråle has extensive work experience in various roles at different companies. Bernt A. started their career at Teekay in 2005, where they held positions such as Vice President of HSEQ and Vice President of Marine HR. At Teekay, they also served as the Project Manager, responsible for developing a Project Governance System for FPSO Green Field and Conversion Projects. In 2012, they joined MIT as a full-time student for a short period. Lilliestråle then returned to Teekay in 2012 and took on roles including Director of Project Services, Vice President of Projects, and Director of Early Phase & Innovation. Since 2020, they have been working for Altera Infrastructure as the Director of Early Phase & Innovation and Vice President of Project Definition & Execution. Bernt A. Lilliestråle completed their Master Technology Management degree from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2011 to 2013. In 2012, they also pursued a Visiting Fellow program at MIT Sloan School of Management, specializing in Sloan Management.
