Julien Defurne

Julien Defurne serves as Legal & Commercial Counsel at Altera Infrastructure since June 2019, having previously held the role of Paralegal. Prior experience includes an internship at Athens Public International Law Center, where research on international case law for a reparations project was conducted, and an internship at Wolf Legal Publishers, focusing on international law research, contract negotiation, and participation in the Frankfurt Book Fair. Julien Defurne's educational background includes a CCDL from Ministère de la Justice in Luxembourg, an LLM in Law of the Sea from UiT- The Arctic University of Norway, a Master 1 degree in International and European Law from the University of Bergen, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Aix-Marseille University.
