Luisa Fernanda Zamora M. is a skilled Human Resources professional with extensive experience in organizational development, talent management, and coaching. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Alterna since February 2020, Luisa has co-created the organizational culture map and developed processes for talent attraction and development. As a Teaching Professional at Universidad del Valle de Guatemala, Luisa contributes to the Master in Human Talent Management program. With a background as a consultant-coach since 2013, Luisa has provided tailored coaching and consulting services to various clients.
