Jennifer Eiswerth has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jennifer currently holds the role of Regional Vice President, Clinical Operations at Alternate Solutions Health Network, where they focus on transforming the quality of care for both partners and patients. Prior to this, Jennifer was the Regional Director of Operations at CommuniCare Health Services, overseeing operations for over 1500 Skilled Nursing, Long term care, and ICF beds in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Jennifer also served as the Administrator at Heritage of Hudson, achieving a 5-star rating through excellent annual surveys. Jennifer has extensive experience as a Nursing Home Administrator, having worked at CommuniCare Health Services and Extendicare, where they successfully managed facility renovations and achieved 5-star ratings. Jennifer began their career as a Nursing Home Administrator at Trans Healthcare / Integrated Health Services.

Jennifer Eiswerth completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Gerontology - Long Term Care Administration from Kent State University, graduating in 1996.
