Kirsty Muldoon Chartered MCIPD has extensive experience in human resources and organisational development, currently serving as Chief People Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Learning Disabilities at Alternative Futures Group since January 2008. Kirsty's previous roles at Alternative Futures Group encompass various leadership positions, including Director of Learning Disability, People & Digital, and Acting Director of HR. Prior to this, Kirsty worked at Fusion21 Ltd as a Recruitment Assessment Advisor after being TUPE transferred from Green Apprentices Ltd, where roles included HR Advisor. Earlier career experience includes positions at Green Apprentices Ltd and John Mowlem and Co PLC, starting as HR Trainee and progressing to HR & Training Assistant.
