Mike Griffiths McIpd

Mike Griffiths MCIPD has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Mike recently served as the Head of HR & Payroll at Alternative Futures Group. Prior to that, Mike held the position of Head of HR Services at Riverside, where they managed a team of HR professionals across various functions, including payroll, HR policy development and support, and HR systems and management information. Mike's earlier roles include HR Shared Services Manager at Merseyside Police and HR Officer at the same organization.

Mike Griffiths MCIPD obtained a BTEC in Computer Studies from Hugh Baird College in 1993-1995. Mike then pursued a BSc (Hons) degree in Computer Studies from Liverpool John Moores University from 1995-1999. Following that, Mike completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management from Liverpool John Moores University in 2002-2003. Lastly, they obtained an MA degree in Personnel & Development from Liverpool John Moores University in 2003-2005.
