Amy Freeman

Amy Freeman has extensive work experience in product management and client services. Amy currently holds the position of Senior Product Manager at TheKey, a role they have held since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked at MatrixCare for over 20 years. Amy'sroles at MatrixCare included Senior Product Manager, where they were responsible for the development and innovation of multiple products, as well as sun setting outdated products. Amy also served as an Implementation Project Manager, overseeing client implementations of various solutions and managing relationships with clients. Amy held the position of Director of Client Services, leading a team to provide excellent customer service and increase client satisfaction. Additionally, they worked as an ETL Developer, performing data migration tasks, and as a Client Support Manager, supporting software solutions and implementing support options for clients. Before MatrixCare, they worked as a Technical Support Analyst at Voicestream Wireless.

Amy Freeman has a diverse education history. Amy obtained a Graduate Certificate in Medical and Health Care Information Technologies from the University of Denver from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix in 2001-2002. In 1995-1997, they attended the University of South Florida, but their degree and field of study during that time are unknown.

In addition to their formal education, Amy has also obtained various certifications. Amy became a Certified Product Manager through AIPMM The Association of International Product Marketing and Management in December 2020. In March 2020, they became a Certified SAFe 5 Agilist through Scaled Agile, Inc. In November 2013, they achieved the Foundations certification from Pragmatic Institute, as well as the Pragmatic Marketing Product Management III certification. Amy also completed a Healthcare Innovation and Entrepreneurship course through Coursera Verified Certificates in April 2013. Lastly, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in April 2020.
