Andy Feldman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Recently, they have been working at TheKey since March 2021 as the Head of Product, where they oversee the product process and leads digital transformation efforts. Prior to this, from November 2018 to March 2020, Andy worked at Sotheby's as the SVP of Operations & Client Experience - Digital Product Leader, where they introduced a customer experience program and drove digital product innovation. Before that, they founded FMG LLC in 2010 and served as the Founder & Engagement Manager until November 2018. Additionally, Andy worked at Creative Good as the Practice Lead - Financial Services, Technology, Media from September 2003 to January 2010, where they delivered digital solutions to improve customer experience. Andy also played a significant role at PRIMEDIA as the Head of Digital B2B Products and Services from March 2001 to September 2003, transforming the business into a web-based enterprise and leading a large team. Lastly, Andy contributed to About Inc. as the Vice President of New Product Development from June 1998 to March 2001, driving profitability and managing the introduction of a crucial B2B service.

Andy Feldman attended Washington University in St. Louis from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in History and Economics. Andy later pursued further education at Columbia Business School from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained an MBA in Management and Finance.
