Cristina Gozon

Cristina Gozon has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to 2020. Cristina began their career as a Lead Dental Assistant Ortho at NV orthodontics in 2009 and worked there until 2014. Cristina then joined Anna Lu DMD as an Oral Surgery Assistant and Front Office staff from 2014 to 2015.

In 2016, Cristina joined Care Indeed as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, where they worked until 2018. During this time, they also took on the role of an Implementation Success Strategist in Case Management from 2018 to 2019. Following that, they became a Direct Care Supervisor II in Case Management and Staffing, handling and stabilizing 35-50 clients from 2019 to 2020.

In 2013, Cristina joined GL Engraving as a General Manager, and they are currently employed at TheKey as a Staffing Manager since 2020. In this role, they handle a workload of 2500 to 5000 hours weekly with multiple people/caregivers, managing their payroll and ensuring timely submission. Cristina also communicates with team members and strategizes for efficient operations.
