Deeanne Flegel

DeeAnne Flegel has extensive work experience in workers' compensation and absence management programs. DeeAnne most recently worked as a Senior Manager of Workers' Compensation at TheKey starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they were a Workers' Compensation Manager at AutoNation from January 2022 to April 2023. DeeAnne also worked as a Workers' Compensation Supervisor at the City of Seattle from August 2021 to December 2021.

From 2008 to 2021, DeeAnne held various roles at PACCAR, including Manager of Workplace Absence Programs. In this role, they led workers' compensation and absence management programs, managed relationships with third-party administrators and vendors, conducted audits to ensure compliance, and drove program improvement through benchmarking and cost control. DeeAnne achieved significant savings through process improvement and outperformed the automotive manufacturing peer group in claim severity.

Prior to PACCAR, DeeAnne worked as a Senior Workers' Compensation Examiner at Nordstrom from October 2007 to September 2008. DeeAnne also served as a Workers' Compensation Administrator at Snohomish County PUD from May 2002 to October 2007. DeeAnne'searliest work experience includes working as an Office Manager and HR and Benefits Specialist at RAF Technology from June 1999 to May 2002.

DeeAnne Flegel has a Master of Arts (MA) in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. DeeAnne also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Organization, and a minor in Psychology from Central Washington University.
