Erin Neal

Erin Neal has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Erin started their career as an Intern at Amedisys in 2013. Following that, they worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Capital Health Management, Inc. from 2011 to 2015. During this time, they gained valuable experience in patient care.

In 2013, Erin joined TheKey as a Caregiver and later transitioned to the role of Care Manager in 2015. As a Care Manager, they performed comprehensive assessments of clients' needs, developed detailed care plans, and trained caregivers on individualized plans. Erin also ensured the highest quality standards were upheld and maintained consistent communication with clients and their families.

Currently, Erin is working as a Business Development Manager at TheKey, utilizing their expertise in elder care to assist seniors and their families in determining care needs and services. Erin is responsible for introducing TheKey's balanced care approach to wellness for seniors and providing compassionate support to clients and families.

Erin Neal received their Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) from the University of Central Missouri, where they studied from 2010 to 2015.
