Jon Eckrich

Jon Eckrich has had a diverse range of work experiences over the years.

In 2007, they worked as an Archivist at NBCUniversal, where they were responsible for archiving and managing videotape data from NBC News and various film elements of entertainment productions. Jon also completed cataloging projects and converted hard MII tape data into digital form.

From 2010 to 2011, Jon worked as a Project Research Associate at Insite Research, where they engaged in research and profile compilation for medical key opinion leaders.

Jon then moved on to MRINetwork, where they held multiple roles. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Project Research Lead, and from 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Recruiter and Project Coordinator, focusing on recruiting professionals in FDA-regulated industries. In 2014, their role expanded to include larger scale analyses and reporting, as well as direct supervision of Project Researchers and Interns.

In 2021, they joined Saint Clare's Health as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they recruited for various clinical and non-clinical roles at their locations in New Jersey.

Currently, Jon is working at TheKey, starting as a Caregiver Recruiter in February 2022 and later transitioning to the role of Regional Manager, Caregiver Recruitment. As Regional Manager, they oversee caregiver recruitment efforts in several regions and leads a team of direct reports. Their team consistently ranks among the top performing recruiting teams company-wide, and they have achieved impressive metrics such as orienting an average of 70+ newly hired caregivers per week.

Jon Eckrich earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Sociology from Montclair State University, where they studied from 2003 to 2008.
