Katie Tobias (Maxon)

Katie Tobias (Maxon) has a diverse work experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. Katie began their career as a Project Coordinator at Reliable Rodent Solutions in 2012 and later moved to All Phase Builders, Inc. in 2014 in the same role. In 2015, they worked as a Corporate Recruiting Coordinator at Blackstone Technology Group. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. In 2019, they joined NESC Staffing as an Account Manager/Technical Recruiter before transitioning to a Business Solutions Manager role at Ledgent. Due to COVID-19, they were laid off in April 2020. Katie then returned to NESC Staffing as an Account Manager/Technical Recruiter for a brief period from April 2019 to November 2019. Most recently, they have been working at TheKey since February 2022 as a Corporate Recruiter.
