Roger Tefft

Roger Tefft is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in corporate law and legal affairs. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel at Alterra Mountain Company since April 2021, Roger previously held the position of Of Counsel at Greenspoon Marder LLP from January 2020 to April 2021. With a substantial tenure at Live Nation Entertainment from August 2010 to January 2020 as Senior Counsel, Roger also contributed to Mimis Cafe as VP of Legal Affairs from 2003 to 2009, and started as an Associate Attorney at Buckner, Alani & Mirkovich from 1998 to 2003. Roger holds a Juris Doctor degree from USC Gould School of Law (1994-1997) and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Southern California (1986-1990).
