Mark Gannon

Mark Gannon is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Senior Vice President - Acquisitions at Alterra Property Group since December 2019, where previous roles included Vice President and Senior Associate in the same division. Prior to joining Alterra, Mark held positions at Exeter Property Group as Associate Portfolio Manager and Acquisitions Associate from June 2018 to December 2019. Mark's career began at AEW, where responsibilities included Assistant Vice President and Associate within the Direct Investment Group - Acquisitions from January 2016 to May 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Analyst at Hamilton Lane from July 2013 to December 2015, following participation in the Analyst Development Program. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies/Affairs from the University of Pennsylvania, completed in 2013, and graduated from St. Joseph's Prep in 2009.
