Matt McNutt

Matt McNutt is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Vice President of Industrial Acquisitions at Alterra Property Group since July 2022. As a Partner at RF Properties since May 2018, Matt has engaged in the acquisition, disposition, and development of real estate. Previously, from October 2011 to June 2022, Matt held the position of Senior Vice President at Fischer & Company, where representation of national and global clients focused on Industrial Outside Storage (IOS) needs was a key responsibility. Clients during this tenure included major companies such as United Rentals, FedEx, and Alcoa. Matt is an alumnus of Arizona State University.
