Andreas Leibundgut has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Andreas started their career at Credit Suisse, where they worked as the Global Head of Systems Management Engineering for 16 years. In 2015, Andreas joined adhoc International as a Practice Manager before the company was fully integrated into the Sword Group, where they served as the Director of Products & Services until 2018. At Sword Performance Solutions, Andreas played a crucial role in expanding the company's services in Performance Engineering and Application Life Cycle solutions. In 2018, they joined ALTERSIS Performance as the Global Operations Director and later became the Business Unit Director/Managing Director. Andreas played a key role in the merger of Sword Performance Solutions with ALTERSIS Group, which created the largest IT Performance company in EMEA.
Andreas Leibundgut earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from Fachhochschule Bern/Burdorf between 1987 and 1990. Later, they pursued Computer Sciences and Software Engineering at Fachhochschule Bern from 1995 to 1997, earning a Dipl. Ing FH degree.
