Chief Transformation Officer at Alteryx

Steve Brodrick is the chief transformation officer of Alteryx and is responsible for advising and leading our customers on their digital transformation journeys. He leads a team that engages with customers to maximize their analytics investments and generate positive impact at the global, regional and local levels.

Steve joins Alteryx with more than 25 years of experience focused on finance and business transformation efforts. Most recently, Steve served as Chief Financial Officer for Stanley Black & Decker’s Tools & Storage business, where he oversaw all finance functions, as well as led the overall transformation and performance resiliency efforts for the enterprise.

During his two-decade career with Stanley Black & Decker, Steve held a variety of leadership roles, including Chief Transformation & Analytics Officer, head of Corporate FP&A, and CFO for their Global Industrial & Automotive Repair and Security North America businesses. As the lead of Performance Resiliency, Steve worked with value stream leaders and global functions to identify, sequence and execute profit-enhancing ideas to create $500M in profit margin.

Prior to joining Stanley Black & Decker, he held financial management positions with United Technologies Corp., a technology product and service company.

Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Bentley University and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
