Vitalii Barkatov

Vitalii Barkatov has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Vitalii began their career as a Web Developer and HTML-coder at Ukraine Web Technologies in August 2011, where they worked until March 2012. Vitalii then joined JustCoded in March 2012 as a PHP developer, and stayed with the company for over three years.

In September 2015, Vitalii joined AltexSoft as a Software Engineer, where they worked until December 2018. Vitalii then took on the role of Resource Manager in October 2017, responsible for staffing qualified individuals for projects and conducting interviews. In April 2020, they were promoted to Engineering Manager, overseeing the engineering team and projects. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director of Engineering at AltexSoft, starting in March 2023.

Vitalii Barkatov obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" between the years 2007 and 2012. Additionally, they gained certification in "AWS Partner: Sales Accreditation (Business)" from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2022.
