Our UK team is made up of high-calibre professionals who have formed teams in the renewable energy and sustainability sectors across the UK, Europe, and Africa.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of meeting targets, the confidence to engage in cold calling, and strong negotiation skills. You are resilient, results-driven, a self-starter, highly independent, and possess a strong entrepreneurial personality.

In this fast-paced environment, you will need to be a strategic thinker capable of identifying and seizing market opportunities and seeing every interaction as a chance to establish a connection. The primary goal is to find and secure potential clients and cultivate long-lasting, enduring relationships whilst ensuring the team provides exceptional recruitment solutions.
