Finian James Kelly

Finian James Kelly has extensive work experience in the field of IT. Finian James started their career as an IT Project Manager at Procter and Gamble Italy in 1991 and worked there until 1996. Finian James then joined Johnson & Johnson Italy as an IM Business Support Manager, providing project support to Supply Chain and Finance functions. In 1999, they transitioned to the role of IM Manager at Johnson & Johnson Italy until 2002. Afterwards, they worked as a Regional IT Project Manager at Johnson&Johnson Italy, overseeing key projects in EMEA. From 2005 to 2007, Kelly served as the Regional SAP Centre of Excellence Manager at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Services EAME Ltd. Finian James then joined Gambro as an IT Director, responsible for the IT function in Italy and Czech Republic. Finian James played a vital role in the transformation of Gambro during its acquisition by Baxter International Inc. In 2015, Kelly became the IT Director at Baxter International Inc. In 2017, they joined SOLIDpower Group as the Group IT Manager, where they developed an IT strategy, built an organization, and executed an IT transformation plan. Since 2018, they have been serving as the Group IT Director at Althea.

Finian James Kelly completed their education at various institutions. From 1978 to 1984, they attended De La Salle College, Churchtown, Dublin, Ireland, where they completed their high school education. Finian James studied subjects such as English, Maths, Economics, Physics, and French. Following this, from 1984 to 1988, Finian pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business Studies at Trinity College Dublin. Finally, in 1988 to 1989, they obtained a Master of Business Studies degree in Banking & Finance from University College Dublin.
