Morten Thyregod Paulsen

Morten Thyregod Paulsen is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as Product Development Manager at Anora Group Plc since September 2021, while also holding the position of Product Developer at Arcus Norway AS since May 2018. Previous roles include Product Quality Manager at Nortura, Product Developer at Mills DA, and Sales & Market Development at G. O. Johnsen. Morten also managed food and beverage operations at Vitenparken and completed a PhD focusing on sensory analysis and consumer research at Nofima AS, where research centered on meal experiences and flavor interactions between food and drink. Morten holds a Ph.D. and a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Food Science from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences.
