Emmanuel Pugliesi

Emmanuel Pugliesi began his career 20 years ago at SFR, in strategic marketing. In 2005, he joined the NRJ group to participate in the construction of the MVNO NRJ mobile (EI Telecom), then held the position of Director of Operations with various operators. Emmanuel Pugliesi joined the Altice group in 2015 as part of the acquisition of Virgin mobile, where he was Director of Customer Relations. Four years later, he became Director of Customer Relations at SFR Business and successfully transformed customer relations.

Emmanuel Pugliesi is a graduate of ENSEA and has a Masters in Marketing from ESSEC.
