Aruna Raghavan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer experience management across various financial institutions. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at Altice USA since January 2024, Aruna previously held the position of Head of Client Experience for Ultra High Net Worth clients at Fiduciary Trust Company International from November 2017 to June 2023, where a comprehensive client experience framework was developed to enhance service consistency and relationship management. Prior roles include Regional Director and Head of Customer Experience for Asia Pacific at Citibank N.A., Senior Vice President at Citibank Singapore Limited, and Vice President at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., focusing on customer experience, marketing, and product development. Aruna holds an MBA in Finance from New York University and a B.Sc. in Geology/Earth Science from Syracuse University.
