Vikram Shah

Vikram Shah is an accomplished software development leader currently serving as the Director of Software Development for CRM and Order Management at Altice USA since February 2022, where responsibilities include spearheading the transformation of the CRM and Ordering platform to enhance the omni-channel customer experience. Prior to this, Vikram accumulated extensive experience at Capgemini over a 14-year span, advancing from Analyst to Senior Manager, successfully managing large teams and delivering robust middleware solutions and enterprise-grade projects. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School, a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Vikram's early career includes roles at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. and Larsen & Toubro Ltd., where foundational engineering skills were developed.
