Mainak Nandi is currently the National Head of Customer Excellence at Altigreen Propulsion Labs, focusing on accelerating the adoption of sustainable mobility solutions. Prior to this, Mainak held various leadership roles at Toyota Kirloskar Motor and Toyota Motor Asia Pacific, managing after-sales operations, customer service planning, and service operations across different regions. With a background in mechanical engineering, Mainak has extensive experience in improving customer satisfaction, service efficiency, and dealer development in the automotive industry.
