Tulika Srivastava

Tulika Srivastava has extensive work experience in the field of people solutions, learning and development, training, and quality management. Tulika currently holds the position of Director - People Solutions at Altisource since July 2022. Previously, they were the Head - Learning & Development at Altisource from August 2020 to July 2022. Prior to Altisource, Tulika worked at Concentrix for over six years, where they served as Senior Manager, Delivery Excellence from April 2019 to August 2020, Senior Manager, Training & Quality from January 2018 to April 2019, and Training and Quality Manager from July 2014 to April 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked at IBM India Private Limited as Deputy Manager - Training from May 2007 to June 2014. Tulika also gained experience at Convergys, where they served as a Voice & Accent Trainer from September 2005 to May 2007 and as an L2 Technical Support Officer from October 2003 to September 2005.

Tulika Srivastava completed their Executive MBA in Human Resources Development from XLRI Jamshedpur in the year 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a BCA degree in Computer Application from Birla Institute of Technology in the years 2000 to 2003.
