Jessica Soulbane

Jessica Soulbane currently serves as the Manager of Talent and Culture at Altitude-sports.com since August 2025. Prior experience includes a tenure at Dialogue from June 2018 to August 2025, where Jessica held multiple roles, including Manager of Talent & Culture Operations, overseeing HR processes and mentoring HR professionals. Jessica also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner, ensuring a seamless employee experience in a startup environment, and began as an HR Coordinator. Earlier experience includes a role as Human Resources & Procurement Coordinator at Videri, Inc. and various guest service positions at notable companies such as Softchoice and Primaris Management Inc. Jessica earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Relations from Concordia University in 2015.
