Benjamin Woods

Benjamin Woods has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Benjamin started their career at Regions Bank in 2002 as an Associate Relationship Manager before transitioning to Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc. in 2007, where they served as an Investment Banking Analyst and later as an Investment Banking Associate, focusing on providing financial advisory services to various businesses.

In 2011, Benjamin joined Kurt Salmon Capital Advisors as an Investment Banking Associate before moving to TerraHaven Holdings, Ltd. in 2012 as the CFO and Managing Director. At TerraHaven, they played a crucial role in leading and coordinating capital raising efforts, assessing new business opportunities, and overseeing financial modeling and contract negotiations.

Since 2014, Benjamin has been working at Altium Packaging in various roles. Benjamin initially served as a Finance Manager before progressing to the position of Finance, Logistics & Customer Service Director. Benjamin then became the Director of Corporate Development before being promoted to the role of Vice President and General Manager, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare. Currently, Benjamin holds the position of Vice President of Corporate Development.

Throughout their career, Benjamin has showcased strong financial and strategic skills and has experience in investment banking, financial advisory, corporate development, and management.

Benjamin Woods obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce, with a focus on Finance and Management.
