Kris Jones

Kris Jones is a seasoned professional in continuous improvement and operations management with extensive experience across various manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Manager at Altium Packaging since October 2022, Kris previously held several managerial roles at Glatfelter from March 2020 to October 2022, including Manufacturing/Operations Manager and Plant Manager. Additional roles include Business Unit Manager at Hutchinson, Plant Process Manager at FICOSA, and Plant Manager at Dana Holding Corporation, where P&L responsibilities encompassed Driveshaft Assembly, Paint, and Machining Operations. Kris also gained valuable experience as an Engineering/Quality Manager and Process Engineer at Dana Holding Corporation and as a Manufacturing Engineer at ABC Group Fuel Systems. Kris began a career in industrial and manufacturing engineering at Martin Industries after earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University in 2000.
